Two Working Days Process
- The shipment of your order will be proceed in two working days after the order is paid via bank transfer.
- Example: If you are from Jakarta and finished your payment on Monday, the package will be ready to ship on Tuesday-Wednesday. Your item will be delivered on Thursday or Friday.
- Every purchase on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will only be proceed on Monday.

Return Policy
Returns
Returns and refunds are fully accepted over defective and faulty products and human error(s) made by the Kami team. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. We will not accept goods that do not meet our Terms and Conditions, so please make sure not to remove the hang tag unless you are happy with the product.
Exchanges
Exchanges are acceptable for size, color, and collections. Price must be at the same price or higher.
Terms and conditions:
- The claim should be informed to KAMI within 7 days (maximum) after the package is delivered to your shipping address.
- Make sure the product is in a good and original condition with no signs of it being used or washed and the hang tag is not removed. We also do not accept hang tags that show signs of having been removed.
- Inner, legging, perfume and other packed items can not be exchanged or refunded.
- Fill in the Exchange or Return Form and send it along with the items to address attached on the form.
- The returning process will be proceed within 48 hours after we receive and assess your package.
- If the item is not available for returning and exchange, we will process the refund.
- We could not accept your claim on any of our merchandise that does not comply with the returning/exchange terms and conditions.
- All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reasons except defective or faulty product (if it’s not stated) and shipping error.
- For SALE items with defective/faulty product or shipping error, will be refunded with a shopping voucher.
