4. Practices; Typographical Errors; Colors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, Kami Idea reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been made. If your payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Kami Idea shall return your payment to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The colors shown on the Site may be influenced by the settings of your computer or your monitor. Accordingly, Kami Idea makes no guarantees that any actual colors of products or features will be true or accurate.

5. Disclaimer - Warranty

Kami Idea does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 8. Order

All of our products on the site can be ordered as long as it is available, products in high demand may sell out really quickly, please note that items in SHOPPING BAG are not reserved until you have confirmed your order in ORDER CONFIMATION page.

9. Payment Channel

All prices on our site are displayed in Indonesian Rupiahs & US Dollar, will be charged in Indonesian Rupiahs. We currently accept direct bank transfer via Midtrans or through Paypal.

10. Payment Processing

In the event that your payment can not be validated due to some reasons such as incomplete payment process or mistakes on account details, we reserve the right to cancel or not to process your order.

11. Order Delivery

In the event that your shipping or billing address is mistakenly or incompletely stated on our site during your order process, we have no obligation for any loss of items during delivery process and it is not refundable.

12. Out of Stock

In the event that your order can not be processed in regards to unavailability of stock due to some reasons such as system fails/ error or out of stock, we reserve the right not to process your order and if your payment has been made, we will refund your payment based on the amount of payment that you have made.
