RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns and refunds are fully accepted over defective or faulty products.
Only size exchanges are accepted (color / collection / type of goods could not be exchanged).
Please ask our customer service to check on the products availability.
Terms and conditions:
- The claim should be informed to KAMI within 72 hours (maximum) after the package is delivered to your address.
- You will receive a Return Form after we got your claim. Send the form back to KAMI with the delivery receipt within 48 hours (maximum).
- Send the package and the Return Form to KAMI address at Jl. Kemang Selatan Raya No. 14A, Jakarta Selatan - 12730
- The returning process will be proceed in 24 hours after we received your package.
- If the item is not available for returning and exchange, we will process the refund.
- Make sure the product is in a good condition with no signs of it being used and the hangtag is not removed.
- We could not accept your claim on any of our merchandise that does not comply the returning/exchange terms and conditions.
- All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangable for any reasons except defective or faulty product (if it’s not stated) and shipping error.
- For SALE items with defective/ faulty product or shipping error, will be refunded with shopping voucher.
